With Store24, you can enter the facility and your unit using your two Pin Codes provided on the morning of your move in date. Before your move in date, you will receive a message to your email with instructions on how to access our facility and your chosen unit.
The first one is for the automatic electric main gate, this code is unique to you and will cease to work when you move out. The second code is for the key safe on your unit, the key inside is for the padlock already fitted and is complimentary during your stay.
Gaining access is simple, but if you are in any doubt we recommend moving in on a week day, where we can be reached on the phone for any queries etc.
